Emissions for WACCM & CAM-chem (trop_mozart) for 1997-2010
mss:/EMMONS/emissions/waccm/1997_2010/

These emissions are based on the standard MOZART-4 emissions as
described in Emmons et al., Geosci. Model Dev., 3, 43-67, 2010.  For
most species, the anthropogenic emissions are from POET, with Asia
replaced with the REAS inventory, and biomass burning is from GFED2
(for 1997-2008).  For 2009-2010 the biomass burning emissions are from
FINNv1 (Sep-Dec 2010 are actually Sep-Dec 2009).

ISOP and C10H16 biogenic emissions are from online MEGAN in MOZART-4
for 2006.

HCN & CH3CN are scaled from CO, except 2009-10 biomass burning are
directly from FINN.  HCN is additionally scaled by 0.7 based on
comparison to observations in previous simulations.

C2H2 anthro is from the Streets-ARCTAS inventory, using RETRO
speciation.

Total BC and OC have been split into CB1,CB2 and OC1,OC2.
