The coordinate files where produced by running CAM for a single timestep.

The following ncks commands were used to extract just the coordinates from
the CAM history files:

For the spectral grids:
ncks -v lat,lon,gw in.nc out.nc

For the FV grids:
ncks -v lat,lon,slat,slon,gw,w_stag in.nc out.nc
