This set of inputdata has been assembled to support hybrid input for 1850 2-degree WACCM
control runs.  The ice, and ocn data was copied from the restart files at the beginning of year 131
from the run b40.1850T1_1deg_07ornl.  The lnd data is interpolated from one-degree data from year 
691 of run i40.1850BCN_bgcspinup2.  The atm data is copied from the end of the run b40.1850.waccm.rhminl910,
b40.1850.waccm.rhminl910.cam2.i.0031-01-01-00000.nc.
