 original file mksrf_landuse_lastm0856_c100519.nc was determined to be corrupt:
 it showed dramatic differences in PCT_PFT 9,10,11,12; it was also half the standard
 file size for all other lastm pft files).  The SVN version was also corrupted.

 Peter Lawrence located the original file for year 0856 and we renamed it 'v2' without changing
 the creation name to reflect that it was the original data.
