# CROCODILE Datasets

About: This respository contains datasets the CROCODILE project wants public, and are not accessible elsewhere.

## Dataset Descriptions: 


1. 1/12th degree Ocean Grid + Bathymetry: The CROCODILE project supports a software dashboard called CrocoDash. CrocoDash includes several demos, one of which require an example on a global grid unavailable outside of NCAR/UCAR.
    1. tx1_12v1/ocean_hgrid_trimmed.nc:  Global Ocean Hgrid
    2. tx1_12v1/topo.sub25.tx1_12v1.srtm.edit1.SmL1.0_C1.0.nc: Global Ocean Bathymetry 
2. Processed SEAWIFS Chlorophyll: mom6_bathy includes a "chl" module that takes a processed global SEAWIFS CHL_A file and subsets it regionally. The code, final file and input data are found in the "chl" folder in this repo.
